Delicious Overnight Oats!

Check out these recipes that would be great for breakfast or a snack…

The Alldrin Brothers Almond Butter is not only delicious but PACKED with healthy fats. They have coconut oil in their recipe which helps boost the fat profile and helps it taste delicious and creamy. It has a rich flavour, an amazing texture and is definitely RD approved! Since I loved them so much I decided to include a few recipes on here that would be good to use their delicious nut butter in!

Chocolate Almond Oats – perfect chocolatey breakfast

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup- if not using aldrin brothers almond butter


  1. Fill jar with oats, protein powder, chia seed, cocoa powder and mix.
  2. Add yogurt, milk, almond butter (and maple syrup if using) and stir till combined.
  3. Close jar and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  4. Tastes great with a spoon of almond butter and banana slices on top!


Apple Cinnamon Oats – good idea for a grab and go breakfast!

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1/2 apple grated


  1. Fill jar with oats, chia seeds, protein powder, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and grated apple. Stir to combine.
  2. Add almond butter and half chopped apple on top and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  3. Stir and eat in the morning, its ready to go!


Banana Almond Chia Seed Pudding – great for a snack or dessert!

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter


  1. Puree banana, milk and almond butter.
  2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. Cover and chill overnight or at least 4 hours.
  4. Take portions as desired, it can stay refrigerated for up to a week!
