Combining my 4 years as a collegiate track athlete and working with University of Utah athletes for the past 3 years I have a depth of experience that is invaluable. I understand what it takes to be a collegiate athlete and what is required to go to the next level.

Whether you need help leaning up, gaining lean muscle mass, recovering from your workouts or preparing for game day, I can help you reach your goals.
One on one coaching allows for a unique, personalised plan that will provide actionable steps to be the best athlete you can be.
Coaching can be in person or via Skype/Facetime.
Those who are working towards very specific body composition goals can benefit from a meal plan that is sport specialized and meets your individual needs. This plan would consist of 6 weeks that fit the macronutrient split required to achieve your goals. It includes 2 45min-1hr consultations to introduce the plan, and a follow up to see how it is going.

Team talks are a great way to have an impact on the nutrition culture of an entire team or club. My 8 week program will provide a range of topics that are essential for every athlete to maximise performance. The 20 minute education sessions are the perfect end to practice and include interactive games/competitions to solidify nutritional principles. Coaches and parents are encouraged to participate!
